Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and international best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, landscape architects, and urban planners, to integrate design elements seamlessly.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations using advanced CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and spatial planning to inform design decisions for international projects.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design proposals, obtain approvals, and address feedback effectively.
