Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural design projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable architectural solutions that align with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and international best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP engineers, landscape architects, and urban planners, to integrate design elements seamlessly.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, reports, and presentations using advanced CAD and BIM software.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and spatial planning to inform design decisions for international projects.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design proposals, obtain approvals, and address feedback effectively.
  • Stay abreast of emerging architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design principles, integrating them into project work.
  • Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits, RFI responses, and submittal reviews, to ensure design intent is realized.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and international construction standards.
  • Excellent spatial reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and manage complex architectural projects.
  • Exceptional graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of diverse and impactful architectural projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Professional Architect license/registration in a recognized jurisdiction (e.g., AIA, RIBA, UIA).

  • Knowledge of parametric design and computational architecture tools.
  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to international project work.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and software.
