Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized support to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes and community settings.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management, as needed.
- Implement and monitor individualized support plans and behavioral strategies under the guidance of senior staff.
- Engage clients in recreational, educational, and social activities designed to foster skill development and community integration.
- Facilitate positive social interactions and teach effective communication strategies.
- Document client progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to support.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid G-class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (asset, but not always required)
