Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and scan incoming and outgoing packages and materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training, ensuring safe handling.
- Load and unload shipments manually or with appropriate equipment.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and report any damaged items or discrepancies in inventory.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, weighing, and palletizing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
