Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful social activities and conversation.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental health to senior staff.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Support residents with medication reminders as per care plans.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents.
  • Document care provided and observations accurately and promptly.
  • Respond to resident calls for assistance promptly and courteously.
  • Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols and organizational policies.
