Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful social activities and conversation.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental health to senior staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Support residents with medication reminders as per care plans.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents.
- Document care provided and observations accurately and promptly.
- Respond to resident calls for assistance promptly and courteously.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols and organizational policies.
