Key Responsibilities
- Operate amusement rides safely and efficiently according to company guidelines and strict safety protocols.
- Greet guests warmly, provide clear verbal instructions, and ensure proper loading and unloading procedures for each ride.
- Monitor ride operations continuously, including meticulously checking restraints, seating, and clearances before and during each cycle.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergencies, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of ride areas, queues, and surrounding facilities.
- Conduct thorough pre-opening safety checks and execute post-closing procedures for assigned attractions.
- Enforce all ride rules and regulations consistently to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
- Assist with crowd control and manage queue lines efficiently to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Actively participate in all required safety training, operational briefings, and ongoing development sessions.
- Promote a positive and family-friendly atmosphere, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all park visitors.
