Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation through to resolution, adhering to legal standards and client objectives.
- Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients on a broad range of legal matters.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, arbitrations, mediations, and various dispute resolution forums.
- Collaborate with senior partners and legal teams to develop innovative case strategies and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Ensure strict compliance with all ethical guidelines and professional conduct standards.

Required Skills
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales with a current practising certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) in a reputable legal firm.

- Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload independently and effectively.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including advocacy and negotiation.
