Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on beverage preparation, recipes, and serving techniques.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and recommend beverages.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including glassware and ingredients.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal liquor laws, including checking IDs and responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth operation.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
