Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to learn boilermaker trade skills.
- Assist experienced Boilermakers in the assembly, erection, and repair of boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, and other structural components.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop skills in cutting, shaping, and forming metal plates and structural steel.
- Support welding and fastening operations, ensuring precise alignment and strong joints.
- Conduct visual inspections of work for quality assurance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely under supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors on project tasks.
