Key Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods efficiently and securely.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Assist customers with questions regarding menu items, prices, and daily specials.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service flow.
