You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our chatbot initiatives, from understanding business requirements and user needs to architecting scalable and robust conversational flows. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using modern conversational AI platforms and frameworks.
- Implement natural language understanding (NLU) models, intent classification, and entity extraction to ensure accurate and effective conversational flows.
- Integrate chatbots with various backend systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services to fetch and provide dynamic information.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and design intuitive conversational experiences.
- Perform extensive testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of chatbot solutions.
- Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user interactions, and implement continuous improvements based on data insights and user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational technologies, recommending and adopting new tools and techniques.
- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and operational procedures for developed chatbot systems.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in chatbot development or conversational AI.
- Proficiency with conversational AI platforms such as Rasa, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Amazon Lex.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and database integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
