Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the supervision and care of children of varying ages, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement daily age-appropriate activities, including educational games, creative arts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment conducive to learning and development.
- Support children with basic needs such as feeding, napping, and potty training/diapering.
- Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and areas for development, communicating effectively with senior staff.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions as required.
- Assist with meal and snack preparation and distribution, ensuring dietary needs are met.
