Hiring.zycto is seeking a diligent and meticulous Residential Cleaner to join our growing team, serving various homes in the Todmorden Mills, Toronto area. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general and deep cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Clean kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances (exterior), and floors.
  • Empty wastebaskets, dispose of trash, and manage recycling appropriately.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and interior doors as required.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels when necessary.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
  • Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members, providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning (6 months minimum)
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to various client needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid G-class driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Experience with eco-friendly cleaning practices
  • Familiarity with cleaning apps or scheduling software
  • Customer service experience in a client-facing role
