Key Responsibilities
- Perform general and deep cleaning tasks in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
- Clean kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliances (exterior), and floors.
- Empty wastebaskets, dispose of trash, and manage recycling appropriately.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and interior doors as required.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels when necessary.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members, providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning (6 months minimum)
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliability and punctuality
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to various client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid G-class driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Experience with eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Familiarity with cleaning apps or scheduling software
