Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Execute derivatives trades (options, futures, swaps, etc.) across various asset classes in a real-time environment.
- Develop, implement, and refine quantitative trading strategies and models to identify profitable opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions, news, and economic data to inform trading decisions and adjust positions proactively.
- Manage and mitigate risk exposure effectively, adhering to strict internal risk parameters and compliance guidelines.
- Perform post-trade analysis to evaluate strategy performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers, software engineers, and other traders to enhance trading systems and tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes impacting derivatives markets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading operations and market-making strategies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Derivatives Trader or in a similar high-frequency trading role.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong grasp of probability and statistics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or R for quantitative analysis and strategy development.
- Deep understanding of derivative pricing models, market microstructure, and risk management principles.
