Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various pressing equipment, including steam presses, utility presses, and form finishers, safely and efficiently.
- Meticulously press and finish a diverse range of garments according to fabric type, garment construction, and client specifications.
- Inspect garments for quality control, identifying and addressing wrinkles, creases, and other imperfections before final packaging.
- Adhere strictly to garment care labels, textile knowledge, and established pressing techniques to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Collaborate effectively with spotting, cleaning, and inspection teams to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist in the general upkeep of the pressing area and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle delicate, high-value, and designer garments with extreme care and precision.
- Meet production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Dry Cleaning Presser or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating various types of commercial garment pressing machinery.

- In-depth knowledge of different fabric types, their care requirements, and appropriate pressing techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
