Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a vehicle to deliver grocery orders to customers.
- Accurately verify and pick up customer orders from designated partner grocery stores.
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize GPS and navigation tools to optimize delivery routes and meet scheduled times.
- Handle payments or order adjustments professionally if required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and food handling guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status or issues.
Required Skills
- Valid Driver's License (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record for at least 1 year.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs comfortably and repeatedly.
