Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and sanitizing of all assigned areas.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cared for and inspected according to specific standards.
- Change bed linen and make beds meticulously, as required.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in designated areas (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, lounge areas).
- Notify management of any damages, deficiencies, or needs for repairs.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines for chemical handling.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within established deadlines.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards colleagues and clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar cleaning role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and mobility, with the ability to lift reasonable weights.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
