Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of import shipments from origin to destination.
  • Prepare and process essential import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and and bills of lading.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, overseas agents, carriers, and customs brokers regarding shipment status and requirements.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant import regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
  • Support senior coordinators with problem-solving and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases of all import activities.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Incoterms, tariffs, and trade agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics processes.
