As a Joiner with No Experience Required, you will embark on a structured training program where you will be mentored by seasoned professionals. You’ll gain practical experience across various aspects of joinery, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting timber and other materials to create and install windows, doors, stairs, skirting boards, fitted furniture, and more. Our projects range from residential renovations to commercial fit-outs, offering a diverse learning environment where no two days are quite the same. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced joiners with the preparation and installation of various timber components.
- Learn to accurately measure, mark, and cut wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Help with the assembly and fitting of structural and finishing elements, such as door frames, window sills, and architraves.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Transport materials and tools to and from various work areas on-site.
- Receive and follow instructions from supervisors and senior joiners to complete tasks efficiently.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
- Perform general site duties as required to support the construction team.
