Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified locksmiths with on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of various locking systems.
- Learn to identify, use, and maintain a wide array of locksmith tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Observe and participate in the diagnosis and resolution of lock and security system issues.
- Develop skills in key cutting, lock picking, rekeying, and master keying under supervision.
- Help manage and organise workshop tools, supplies, and vehicles, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and educational opportunities provided.
- Provide basic customer service support, communicating effectively and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used as directed.
