Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination and monitoring of logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, and warehouse activities.
  • Learn and apply inventory management principles, contributing to stock optimization efforts and accuracy.
  • Support the analysis of logistics data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Shadow experienced logistics directors and managers to understand strategic decision-making processes and operational challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives related to operational disruptions, quality control, and cost reduction.
  • Document and present findings, recommendations, and project progress to team members and management.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
