Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of market stalls, including tables, displays, and promotional materials.
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist them with their selections.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, using a point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing market stall throughout operational hours.
- Restock products and manage inventory levels at the stall.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Assist with transporting goods to and from the market location (ability to lift moderate weights is required).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive market presence.
