Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director with a proven track record in B2B strategy and execution to lead our marketing efforts in Black Creek, Toronto. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Drive content strategy and creation, ensuring high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target B2B audiences.
  • Establish and manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive market positioning and sales enablement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage external agency relationships and technology vendors as needed.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/Director role.
  • Deep expertise in B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and demand generation frameworks.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and motivating marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting on marketing ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
