Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and concise information to patrons regarding parking rates, rules, and facility features.
  • Conduct regular patrols of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper vehicle placement.
  • Operate basic parking equipment, such as ticket machines or gate systems, after receiving appropriate training.
  • Handle minor customer inquiries or complaints, escalating complex issues to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle arrivals and departures, if required.
  • Assist with basic lot maintenance, including litter removal and reporting damaged property.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and local traffic regulations.
