Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with parking needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently and safely.
- Monitor parking lot occupancy and identify unauthorized vehicles or parking violations.
- Provide clear and concise information to patrons regarding parking rates, rules, and facility features.
- Conduct regular patrols of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper vehicle placement.
- Operate basic parking equipment, such as ticket machines or gate systems, after receiving appropriate training.
- Handle minor customer inquiries or complaints, escalating complex issues to a supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle arrivals and departures, if required.
- Assist with basic lot maintenance, including litter removal and reporting damaged property.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and local traffic regulations.
