Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex government programs from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure all program activities comply with relevant government regulations, policies, and standards.
- Oversee financial management of programs, including budget tracking, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in program management, with significant exposure to the government or public sector.
