Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, learning key management functions.
- Support in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
- Oversee adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency.
- Contribute to local marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives.
- Identify operational efficiencies and suggest improvements.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and financial metrics.
