Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering all restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative duties.
- Shadow and assist Restaurant Managers in daily tasks, including opening and closing procedures, shift supervision, and operational problem-solving.
- Learn and apply best practices for guest service, ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and quality control of food and beverage items.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance monitoring of front-line staff.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Learn financial aspects of restaurant management, including cash handling, reporting, and cost control.
- Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development within the role.
