Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, source, and engage with top-tier talent across various industries using diverse platforms and creative strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand talent landscapes, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hiring.zycto and our clients, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Screen and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers and account executives to refine job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize CRM and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and track progress efficiently.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional connections and identify potential talent.
- Provide regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market intelligence.
- Advise on best practices for talent acquisition and contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related role.
- Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for roles in technology, finance, or marketing sectors.
- Familiarity with the Toronto job market and local talent pools.
