Job Description
The Senior Product Designer – UX UI at Hiring.zycto will be a pivotal force in shaping the intuitive and impactful experiences of our next-generation products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to uncover user needs and validate design solutions.
- Translate complex user requirements and business goals into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product strategy, roadmap, and specifications.
- Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability across all products.
- Present and articulate design decisions and rationale to various stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design (UX/UI) for digital products.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
- Proven ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant, and intuitive design solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile platform conventions and accessibility standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
- Experience designing for enterprise software or complex data-driven applications.
