Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive skin analyses to determine client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home care regimens.
- Deliver a wide range of facial and skincare treatments, including deep cleansing, anti-aging, acne, hydrating, and specialty facials.
- Execute advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate clients on product knowledge, ingredient benefits, and proper skincare techniques for long-term results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and treatment methodologies through continuous education and training.
- Manage client appointments and maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and product usage.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and professional work environment.
Required Skills
- Current Maryland Esthetician license
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Skin Care Specialist or Esthetician
- Proficiency in performing various facial treatments and skin analysis
- Excellent knowledge of skin biology, product ingredients, and common skin conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional client service and sales abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and client demands
Preferred Qualifications
