Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end tender and bid writing process, from initial request for proposal (RFP) analysis to final submission.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and project teams to gather accurate and relevant information.
  • Develop clear, concise, and persuasive written content that addresses all tender requirements and showcases company capabilities.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are compliant with client specifications, deadlines, and internal quality standards.
  • Manage multiple tender projects simultaneously, maintaining strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive library of tender boilerplate content, case studies, and company information.
  • Review and edit proposals for grammar, spelling, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Participate in debriefs for successful and unsuccessful tenders to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in tender writing, bid management, or proposal development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling, persuasive, and technically accurate content.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or bid management software.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
