This includes flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and bespoke experiences, all while providing unparalleled customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Research and recommend suitable travel packages, destinations, and services.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel components.
- Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm all travel arrangements accurately.
- Provide expert advice on travel requirements, including visas, passports, and health regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, changes, and cancellations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Proficiency in GDS (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) or other booking systems.
- Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
