Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all components of the comprehensive, paid Ultrasound Technician training program.
- Learn to operate and maintain various ultrasound equipment and related technologies under supervision.
- Practice performing diagnostic sonographic examinations on different body parts, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts, according to established protocols.
- Develop proficiency in patient positioning, ensuring patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout examinations.
- Understand and adhere to all health and safety regulations, infection control policies, and professional ethics.
- Learn to review and interpret physician requests for sonographic examinations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, documenting findings, and managing imaging data.
- Collaborate effectively with senior technicians, radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
