Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and eager to kickstart your career in web development but lack formal experience? Hiring.zycto is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team as a Web Developer. We understand that everyone starts somewhere, and we are committed to providing a supportive, hands-on learning environment where you can develop foundational skills and grow into a proficient developer. This isn’t just a job; it’s a launchpad for your career in the dynamic world of web technology.
In this entry-level role, you will be immersed in the full lifecycle of web development under the close guidance of experienced senior developers. You’ll begin by mastering core front-end and potentially back-end technologies, understanding the principles of responsive design, user experience (UX), and clean code practices. Our structured mentorship program is designed to equip you with the practical knowledge and real-world experience necessary to build and maintain robust web applications. You’ll gain exposure to modern frameworks, development tools, and agile methodologies that drive our projects.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in coding, a problem-solving mindset, and an insatiable hunger to learn. Whether you’ve tinkered with personal projects, completed online courses, or simply have a strong logical aptitude, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for recent graduates from non-technical fields looking to transition, or self-taught enthusiasts ready to turn their passion into a profession. You’ll contribute to actual client projects, work on internal tools, and participate in code reviews, all while steadily expanding your technical repertoire.
Hiring.zycto prides itself on fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. We believe that diverse perspectives and fresh talent are crucial for pushing boundaries. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, ask questions, and propose new ideas, becoming an integral part of our collaborative team here in Greenock. This is a unique chance to build a solid foundation in web development with a company that values your potential over your past experience. If you’re ready to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact, this opportunity is for you.
