Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive threat assessments for protected witnesses and their families.
  • Develop, implement, and continually update personalized security plans and protocols.
  • Execute secure relocation operations, including housing, employment, and identity management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of witness protection cases.
  • Liaise effectively with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and other government departments.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to protected individuals, addressing their needs while maintaining security.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential threats through intelligence gathering and surveillance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all case activities.
  • Respond to emergency situations with sound judgment and immediate action.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and provincial legislation, policies, and guidelines.

  • Advanced training in executive protection, close protection, or dignitary protection.
  • Experience with identity management and digital security best practices.
  • Knowledge of Canadian legal system and criminal procedures.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
