Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of youth programs and events for ages 11-18.
- Support program leaders during sessions, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with young people, parents, volunteers, and community partners.
- Help manage program logistics, including materials preparation, venue setup, and participant registration.
- Maintain accurate records of program attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
- Contribute creative ideas for new activities and program enhancements.
- Assist with promotional activities to increase program participation and community awareness.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.

- Valid First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
