Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory experiments following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare reagents, buffers, solutions, and cell culture media accurately and precisely.
- Operate and maintain standard biochemical laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers, centrifuges, pH meters, and thermocyclers.
- Conduct basic biochemical and molecular biology assays such as protein quantification, ELISA, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
- Meticulously record experimental data in laboratory notebooks and electronic data management systems.
- Perform preliminary analysis and interpretation of experimental results under the supervision of senior scientists.
- Assist in troubleshooting experimental issues, optimizing protocols, and validating new methodologies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations.
