Key Responsibilities

  • Administer oaths and affirmations to clients.
  • Witness and authenticate signatures on legal documents.
  • Certify true copies of documents.

  • Maintain a detailed and accurate notary journal.
  • Adhere strictly to all Alberta provincial notarial laws and regulations.

Required Skills

  • Active Notary Public commission in Alberta.
  • Proficiency in Canadian notarial laws and procedures.
