Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional bilingual support via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and comprehensive record-keeping.

Required Skills
