Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Curate and manage product assortments, ensuring a balanced mix of styles, price points, and categories.
- Collaborate with buying teams on product selection, development, and procurement.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in fashion merchandising or a similar role within retail.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
