As a Craft Brewery Worker, you will be an integral part of our brewing operations, contributing to every stage of the production process. This role involves a variety of tasks, from assisting with ingredient preparation and wort production to packaging, cleaning, and maintaining our state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll work closely with our experienced brewers, gaining firsthand knowledge of fermentation science, quality control, and the art of crafting delicious beer. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist brewers with all stages of beer production, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and fermentation.
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of brewing vessels, tanks, hoses, and other equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Operate packaging equipment (e.g., canning line, keg washer/filler) and assist with labeling, boxing, and preparing products for distribution.
  • Handle and store raw materials, ingredients, and finished products, ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Monitor brewing processes, take accurate readings, and record data as instructed by lead brewers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in general facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
