Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat in both English and a second language.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints efficiently and with empathy.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate internal departments for further assistance.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures for customer interaction and data handling.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in at least one other language (e.g., French, Spanish, Punjabi, Mandarin)
