Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, qualify leads, and develop strategic account plans.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for pre-sales activities, addressing complex technical questions and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Act as a liaison between sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure client needs are communicated and product feedback is integrated.
- Identify and resolve technical obstacles during the sales cycle, working proactively to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a deep understanding of the market.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Hiring.zycto and network with potential clients.
- Assist in the development of sales tools, technical documentation, and training materials.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or field application engineering role.
- Strong technical background with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
