Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a dynamic and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead our strategic efforts in building an even more inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on D&I best practices, emerging trends, and legislative requirements.
- Design and deliver D&I training, workshops, and educational initiatives for employees and management.
- Establish and manage employee resource groups (ERGs), providing guidance and support for their activities and objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and report on D&I metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate impact.
- Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to embed D&I principles into recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development processes.
- Champion an inclusive culture through internal communications, events, and community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant D&I legislation and regulations.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Proven ability to develop and execute D&I strategies in a corporate environment.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting related to D&I metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of D&I best practices and relevant legal frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Diversity & Inclusion (e.g., CCDP, Cornell D&I Certificate).
- Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and D&I specific technology platforms.
