Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute complex scientific experiments with meticulous attention to detail and sound scientific rigor.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, draw conclusions, and generate comprehensive scientific reports and presentations.
- Propose and develop novel research hypotheses and experimental approaches to address critical scientific questions.
- Lead and manage research projects independently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scientific objectives.
- Author scientific publications, patent applications, and present research findings at internal and external conferences.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior scientists and research associates.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and clinical groups.
- Maintain accurate records of all experimental procedures, data, and results in accordance with company standards.
- Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends, integrating new knowledge into ongoing research programs.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-PhD research experience in an academic or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific methodology.
