Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, inspection, and maintenance of clean energy systems (e.g., solar PV, battery storage, small wind).
- Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment as directed, ensuring optimal performance.
- Help diagnose basic operational issues and perform minor repairs under direct supervision from experienced professionals.
- Gather data, accurately record observations, and maintain detailed logs of work performed and system status.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate actively in training programs and continuous learning initiatives to enhance technical skills and knowledge in renewable energy.
- Support site preparation, material handling, tool organization, and maintaining a clean work area.
- Learn and apply foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to clean energy technologies.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainable technologies, and environmental stewardship.
