Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of planning applications and development proposals.
- Conduct site visits and field surveys to gather data and assess existing conditions.
- Research and interpret planning policies, zoning ordinances, and environmental regulations relevant to UK context.
- Support senior planners in drafting reports, presentations, and public consultation materials.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and community stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to planning projects.

Required Skills
