Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for system development.
- Perform in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Design and document new system architectures, workflows, and data models to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, providing guidance and clarifying requirements throughout the system development life cycle.
- Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, and facilitate user training and support for new and updated systems.
- Manage and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions, tools, and technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to system analysis and design.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and system design methodologies.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
