Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and preparation of training materials, presentations, and job aids.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and participant registration.
  • Support senior trainers and facilitators during workshops and learning events.
  • Gather and organize feedback from training participants to aid in program evaluation and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and attendance logs.
  • Help research new training methodologies, tools, and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the creation and deployment of e-learning modules and digital training content.
  • Provide administrative support to the training department as needed.
