Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts, including sales, procurement, vendor, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing recommendations and implementing strategies to protect company interests.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual matters, advising internal stakeholders on contract terms, obligations, and disputes.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract management system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure contract terms are consistent with business objectives and financial parameters.
  • Develop and implement contract templates, playbooks, and best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting contract management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and management.
