Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order sheets or scanning devices.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate containers, ensuring products are protected for transit.
- Verify product counts and quality, reporting any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
